CAN I VISIT THE SCHOOL?
Visitors are warmly welcomed to our studio at Westmark Apartment during office hours (Monday - Friday 11:00 - 19:00, Saturday 10:00 - 18:00), but kindly schedule an appointment beforehand. For our other branches, lessons are by appointment only.
WHERE IS THE SCHOOL LOCATED?
We offer lessons in West Jakarta and Alam Sutera, Indonesia, as well as in Brunswick and the CBD area in Melbourne, Australia.
Our headquarters in Indonesia is situated at Westmark Apartment, first floor, Jl. Tanjung Duren Selatan, Jakarta Barat, Indonesia. It's conveniently located near Taman Anggrek Mall. If you're driving from Slipi, turn left just before Taman Anggrek Mall, continue straight for about 450 meters, and you'll find our building on the left side. To ensure you find us easily, search for us on Google Maps!
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
Consistent training is key to skill development, so we encourage students to attend as many consecutive classes as possible. However, if a student is unable to attend a lesson, please notify the school at least 1 day prior to the scheduled lesson to respect the teacher's time and preparation.
Should a cancellation be made less than 24 hours before the lesson, regrettably, the student won't be able to reschedule and will be charged for the missed lesson. For a comprehensive understanding of our terms and conditions, you will receive the complete document upon enrollment.
CAN I RESCHEDULE THE LESSON?
Rescheduling is permitted only for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson time. Details regarding our makeup lesson policy will be outlined in the terms and conditions specific to each region.
