NATHANIA WIBOWO

Nathania Wibowo began her music education at a very young age, when she  began her piano studies. While finishing her degree in Architecture, she joined the Parahyangan University Choir where she gained experience in performing and competing both nationally and internationally. In 2010, she went on to pursue her education at Berklee College of Music, majoring in Voice Performance and Songwriting. Ms. Wibowo became one of the top ones and obtained the Berklee World Tour Scholarship and won the Curtain Up! Musical Theater Writing Competition both in 2012 and 2013. After finishing her degree in Boston, she moved to New York City to join the BMI Musical Theater Workshop and continued to write music for musical theater.

As the composer of Night Tide The Musical, in collaboration with New York City-based playwright Taylor Tash, Ms. Wibowo's work received an off-Broadway production at the New York Musical Festival in 2017. It was later produced at Towle Theater in Hammond, Indiana, in 2021. Night Tide garnered critical acclaim, being listed as one of the best shows of the 2017 NYMF season by Time Out New York and awarded Best Musical at the 2021 Broadway World South Bend Awards.

With three years of teaching experience in New York City, Nathania founded LALITA MUSIC SCHOOL in Jakarta, Indonesia, in August 2016. Lalita Music School prioritizes a professional learning environment and provides students with opportunities to perform in concerts and musical theater productions. In 2024, Nathania is excited to bring the ethos of Lalita Music School to Melbourne, alongside Noreen, as they establish Lalita Music Australia.

In 2021, Nathania made her debut as a singer-songwriter with her single "Rentang Kisah." She followed up with "Tanpa Banyak Bicara" in 2022 and "Better" in 2024.
